Halloween is upon us! The ghostly ghouls, walking dead, superheroes and famous characters will be walking the streets tomorrow. How will you be spending Halloween night? Giving out candy, scaring kids, watching scary movies or trick or treating? All options are good no matter what you pick, but today as Jigsaw would say “Do you want to play a game?” Of course his game and my game are two VERY different types of games! Let’s call my game Trick or Treat. I will post a few facts about the culinary industry and professional knives and tools; I want you to tell us if it’s a trick (false) or treat (true).
